Still Intro

Today I made a grocery list and continued to prepare myself for my journey.

I have decided I will try this journey for at least 30 days free of major mistakes.

My daughter made me a salad dressing out of olive that will assist with all the salads I will be eating for the next couple of weeks.

Today I increased my water intake since I drank nearly 70 ounces of water....pretty good.

The other area I need to work on is preparing for my workout...

I have the video, exercise location, clothing.... I need to find my yoga mat and weights before I begin my workout next week...

I'm getting pretty excited. I just need to keep myself focused....

I really don't know what I am doing? I am finding myself needing a way to make myself more accountable for my actions and I thought blogging was a great way to do it....

I'm not so sure about this whole thing,but I thought to myself " why not" that brings me here. I go...

I'm going to make some life changes....I'm going to make better choices regarding my life...regarding my food intake...regarding my body....

I have researched many websites and read many books and I either going to follow portions of the southbeach diet or adkins diet. I have been on many diets. LA Diet Center, Weight Watchers, Metabolic Research Center, The Fat Smash Diet and many more. I am aware that low carb eating works well for me, but I also love just keeping the bad carbs down will work.

So far here is my plan
1) lower the bad carbs
2) eat many small meals throughout the day
3) drink water

I know I should include exercise but I am taking this slowly.

My plan begins after the new year....but I am trying to make plan as successful as possible.

One thing....I will increase my water intake until my start date.
