I need to find my yoga mat and weights before I begin my workout next week...<br /><br />I'm getting pretty excited. I am finding myself needing a way to make myself more accountable for my actions and I thought blogging was a great way to do it....<br /><br /><span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">I'm</span> not so sure about this whole thing,but I thought to myself " why not" ...so that brings me here.<br /><br /><span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">OK</span>...here I go...<br /><br /><span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">I'm</span> going to make some life changes....<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_4" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">I'm</span> going to make better choices regarding my life...regarding my food intake...regarding my body....<br /><br />I have <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_5" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">researched</span> many websites and read many books and I either going to follow portions of the <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_6" class="blsp-spelling-error">southbeach</span> diet or <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_7" class="blsp-spelling-error">adkins</span> diet. I have been on many diets. LA Diet Center, Weight Watchers, Metabolic Research Center, The Fat Smash Diet and many more. I am aware that low <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_8" class="blsp-spelling-error">carb</span> eating works well for me, but I also love <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_9" class="blsp-spelling-error">carbs</span>....so just keeping the bad <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_10" class="blsp-spelling-error">carbs</span> down will work.<br /><br />So far here is my plan<br />1) lower the bad <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_11" class="blsp-spelling-error">carbs</span><br />2) eat many small meals throughout the day<br />3) drink water<br /><br />I know I should include <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_12" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">exercise</span> but I am taking this slowly. <br /><br />My plan begins after the new year....but I am trying to make plan as successful as possible. <br /><br />One thing....I will increase my water intake until my start date.lady in redhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10500728211987053636noreply@blogger.com0
